Regardless of good or evil, beauty or ugliness, greed or selflessness, tyranny or benevolence, as long as it is pure, it is acceptable. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva pulled on nine iron chains, dragging Jiuying's nine newly reformed heads before him, and said in a deep voice, "You should be glad you're just a wisp of resentment; otherwise, I would have refined you into a pill and offered it to Lady Tai'an!"

Just then, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva suddenly sensed a powerful and pure Buddhist Dharma. He reached out and smashed one of the nine infants' heads, then took a step forward and left the deepest part of hell. His second step brought him to the banks of the River of Oblivion, and his third step led him to the sea of ​​flowers on the other side of the river.

All the spider lilies had formed full buds, and each bud was surrounded by a seven-colored Buddhist light. Most importantly, these buds were absorbing the resentment from hell. The more they absorbed, the redder and more vibrant the buds became, and the resentment from hell kept flowing into the sea of ​​flowers...

Once these flower buds have absorbed enough resentment, thousands of spider lilies bloom instantly, as if a red velvet carpet has been laid on the banks of the River of Oblivion, while the seven-colored Buddha light casts colorful clouds on the originally gray sky!

Looking at the magnificent sea of ​​flowers, Ksitigarbha instantly emerged from the gloom of Buddha's Nirvana. He exclaimed excitedly, "I knew the World-Honored One wouldn't let me be surrounded by such flowers for no reason! It turns out you had already planned this! Please rest assured, World-Honored One, your disciple will never fail your teachings, nor will I forget my vow! I will not become a Buddha until hell is emptied!"

The eight words, "I will not become a Buddha until hell is empty," have spread to every corner of the underworld...

Souls wandering in the underworld, upon hearing this voice, seemed to be guided and quickened their pace; the descendants of demons lurking in the shadows all turned solemn upon hearing this call, especially the Asura King; the ghosts imprisoned in hell trembled with fear upon hearing these eight words, for to them it meant endless torment.

Even the sleeping Lady Tai'an heard Ksitigarbha's voice, and the head of the black-gold python swayed slightly. The celestial dog guarding the entrance to Houtu Cave suddenly opened its eyes and looked up, then set up a barrier outside the cave.

The Heavenly Dog muttered, "What's wrong with that brat Ksitigarbha now! So what if Tathagata died and he can take charge of Buddhism before Maitreya achieves enlightenment? What's there to be happy about?"

However, that kid Tathagata is quite interesting; he actually managed to devise a method with the Old Man of the Moon to directly purify resentment. But without the permission of the Goddess of Tai'an, he's causing trouble in the Netherworld. When the Goddess awakens, can you bear the consequences?

"Forget it, neither Heaven nor the Old Man of the Moon has made a statement, why should I bother with this? I'll just focus on guarding my gate!" After saying this, the Heavenly Dog closed its eyes, lowered its head, and continued to sleep.

On the other side, a gust of wind blew down countless petals of the red spider lily, forming a red tornado. The tornado contracted and brightened in the Buddha's light, eventually transforming into a shimmering world. Through the gate of time and space, one could see Mount Sumeru and the Leiyin Temple on the mountain. Behind the temple was a seven-tiered pagoda, exactly the same as the pagoda that the Buddha had used to suppress the Gu God.

Three people came down from Mount Sumeru: two monks and an old woman. The monks waved to send the old woman out of the Saha world.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva recognized the newcomer and exclaimed in surprise, "Shiheluo? Didn't I cast you into the animal realm so that you could be reincarnated?" The old woman was none other than the funeral woman from the Shura Hall of the Southern Liang Dynasty!

The mortician spoke up, “I have met Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. The Buddha said that my sins are grave. Even if it was to find Miaoyin, the Bodhisattva should not have cast me into the animal realm and given me a chance to reincarnate. The Buddha allowed me to stay in hell to help the Bodhisattva fulfill his great vow and atone for my mistakes.”

"Very well, what else did the World Honored One say?"

The mortician pointed to the Saha world behind her and said, "This is the Pure Land created by the Buddha, and it is also a new seal placed on the Demon Ancestor to sever his connection with the outside world. But the seal needs to be reinforced by the pure Dharma of the most benevolent spirit, so this task must be completed by the Bodhisattva."

"The Spirit of Supreme Goodness, the Pure Dharma, the Transcendent One? Not subject to reincarnation? But what will Lady Tai'an do if she cannot consume the Spirit of Goodness?"

The mortician shook her head and said, "Buddha didn't say, so it must be left to the Bodhisattva to figure out a solution."

"It seems the World-Honored One still thinks I'm too idle in hell! Very well, then let's do as the World-Honored One wishes!" Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva clapped his hands and summoned the Dharma form of the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.

Faxiang made a mudra with his hands and then put them together in prayer. A Rashomon gate appeared out of thin air. As Faxiang pushed his hands forward, the Rashomon gate slowly opened.

“The virtuous who hear the sutras and the Buddha’s words, and who rejoice and believe in them, will no longer be reborn in the Pure Land, but will enter the Pure Land and cultivate the Buddha’s mind again!”

Thousands of golden lights flew out from the other side of Rashomon, transforming into a crowd after passing through the gate of time and space. They saw a world where colorful divine birds circled in the sky, the steps beneath their feet were paved with jade, the railings were made of pure gold, and there were seven-treasure pools and merit waters in the mountains, and they couldn't help but sigh in amazement. Following the guidance of the two monks, the people slowly walked towards the top of Mount Sumeru, where the seven-colored Buddha light was particularly dazzling.

Just then, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva suddenly glared and shouted, "I did not allow you to come out!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the Dharma Image casually flicked out hundreds of silk threads, binding a group of golden light spots. The golden light spots turned white the moment they touched the silk threads; these were hypocritical souls.

“Your intentions are impure; if you want to enter the Pure Land, you should start cultivating again first!” Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva reached out and pulled, and the white dots were pulled back to the other side of Rashomon, and then Rashomon slowly closed.

Before long, the first group of people who entered the Pure Land entered Leiyin Temple, and this Saha World began to shrink and become smaller, eventually entering a bud of the other shore flower.

After bowing to the sea of ​​red spider lilies, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva turned to the mortician and asked, "Shiheluo, since the Buddha asked you to stay and help me, why don't you help me deal with the Asura King? I haven't been able to find his hiding place. You are a Rakshasa woman, perhaps you can find it."

With a casual flick of his wrist, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva caused a giant rock to rise from the River of Oblivion and land beside the mortician. It was the Asura Stone that she had used to seal her cultivation and weapons.

The mortician shook her head and smiled, "I don't want to hurt anyone anymore, so this thing is useless to me. Bodhisattva, please don't worry, I will help you in my own way." After saying that, she walked into the depths of hell.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva caught up and asked, "I'm short-handed right now, it would be a waste not to use your skills. Why don't you reconsider?"

“If we’re looking for the Asura King, there’s someone more suitable than me. Bodhisattva, let’s wait for him to come.”

"Who is it? Hey, I'm talking to you! Don't leave!"

Let's switch the scene back to Li Yi and see how he deals with the Gu God. In reality, the celestial phenomena have disappeared. Li Yi stands before the Chi You walking corpse he cleaved in two, reaching out to pick up the small golden pagoda that no longer possesses any magic power; he simply wants to keep it as a souvenir. But just as he puts the golden pagoda into his burlap sack, the Chi You walking corpse suddenly reassembles and stands up!

"Hmph, you only dared to come out after confirming that Buddha had entered Nirvana. Damn, you're such a coward!"

"Humanity has indeed produced several great figures. Leaving aside the Three Saints, Tathagata is the most powerful, and in terms of strength, he is even above us demon gods. Knowing that his days are numbered, why should I take this risk?"

The Gu God reached out and grabbed, and the axe handle flew back into his hand. As the yellow lightning activated and conducted, the fragments of the axe slowly coalesced and restored itself.

"If I'm not mistaken, this Chi You walking corpse is the first walking corpse you created, right?"

"That's right, but you should be glad you got to see my masterpiece, a culmination of the Corpse Gu Technique! Even without Chi You's soul, I can still use all the spells this guy used before he died. Pretty impressive, huh!"
